All our research reports are digital products. Once delivered, they are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Refunds may only be considered in cases of duplicate payment, billing errors, or non-delivery of the purchased report.
If eligible, refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Orders cannot be cancelled once the report has been delivered.
Payments for custom research or consulting services are non-refundable once the project has commenced.
